4★ Characters You Should Pull & Build in Honkai: Star Rail

If you don’t know where to start with which characters to build, or you don’t know who to pull for, you’re in the right place. Specifically, this video will cover Asta, Pela, Sushang, Serval, and a brief mention of Tingyun (you probably already know she's pretty broken). All of these 4 star characters deserve spots on the upper half of release day tier lists and today I’d like to highlight their strengths.

Welt and Asta are such a funny duo. Welt just says no to the enemy trying to move and Asta makes your team to super sonic

My favorite 4 star is Hook personally. She can deal good dmg and my team focuses around buffing her and keeping her alive. She does surprisingly well vs most bosses bc her skill and dot dmg application.

I’m surprised how many tier lists are putting Welt in A tier. Even high A tier is too low for him. He is INCREDIBLE. delaying turns is one of the most potent universal buffs for your team. And him with Seele being able to advance her turn upon kill? Insane.

Pela is really good support has a 20% def reduction then her ascension one has a extra 20% with her starter skill has a 20% def reduced which is 60% Which is crazy

I find pela incredible, i use her ultimate and then follow it with himeko and servant ultimate. It just destroys all the enemies

Thank you for talking about light cones. I feel like most content creators are only focusing on characters and very little in light cones

I get every character to 20 and ascend to get the ticket reward and that's all. I work on my mains after that. GAMBA is life.

sushang eats everytime and I’m really happy they gave her a more casual outfit in this game as it really suits her personality (Stan li sushang)

Thank you for offering 3* options on the light cone suggestions. I barely have any of the 4* or 5* ones on f2p

Herta.
With the specialized Light Cone and keeping her level pretty up to date she is super strong.
Normal battles are cleared with her doing one Skill-Attack and the follow ups just demolish the enemies.
She's really strong. And a good breaker as well.

Personal suggestion here, qingxue, the one you get from completing forgotten hall 3 is actually really good, she mainly meant to be an ult spammer, constantly using strong aoe attacks, you'll want the light cone that regens energy everytime she uses her skill (can't remember what it's called), she works well comps that don't use a lot of skill points, so a good team would be preservation trailblazer, arlan, Natasha and qingxue, however she can be fit into most teams really well so do as you please

I like all of them, but Serval has a lightning guitar, and that just sweeps all of my logical considerations away immediately.

Tingyun is the best 4 star to be honest she buff attack, damage and a battery

Pela is also good because if you're going to have showcase you can use her because of her defense shred

Herta is actually good of you have Himeko or Clara (I probably afk gaming with Herta and Clara combo)

I think you can add Dan Heng to this list, he has the best single target dps after Seele, assuming you use his talent when its available.

i decided to build serval after i got her to e2 and i love her so much..the dmg is decent too

I tried to get Pela on Seele's banner, ended up with 4 Hook with the 40 wishes I could get... I guess the curse of always getting the Fire character on a banner is following me (looking at you, Xiangling)
