Rock shown at 4.37 on bottom right and pot hole at 7.37 seems to be made structure rather than formed structures.

Sedimentary formations, very similar to those that ON EARTH are formed by extremely fine mineral fragments settling out of suspension in water.
Yes, Sandstone Can be formed by deposition of layers of sand blown by wind, and you can see similar Striations in sandstone. But the layering of Windblown sand very often is NOT horizontal, and can be mixed in mingled, jumble sections with markedly differing orientation.
On Earth that kind of jumbled odd angles in sediment deposition can occur in waterborne sediments primarily in dramatic flooding mostly in river courses, that are shallow and turbulent, from rare and short-term flooding events.
LAKE and Ocean bottoms are usually much deeper than the bottoms of river courses, so far less turbulence occurs in the settling sediments. As a result Lake beds and Sea floors form vast horizontal beds that can be thousands of feet thick if the lake or sea persisted for thousands or millions of years.
