I would love to see this type of community for the over 55 population as well. This is a great idea of micro neighborhoods, making it financially easier to have an opportunity of homeownership while fostering close-knit community as well as minimalistic type living as a lifestyle. So impressed!!

WOW WOW WOW! A true paradise!!! Top notch! I'd to see more projects like this around the world! Especially where I live, cuz it's a very small island (Madeira, Portugal) and everyone's interest is to build lots of apartment complexes or luxury houses... Young people don't get a choice...other than living with their parents or to pay expensive rented places...or to be in debt for the rest of their lives... This is an awesome example to be learned worlwide!
