Paralysis is weakness or loss of sensation of particular part of body or one side of the body, it can be classified in different ways mainly by parts of the body involved. Paralysis may involve face, legs, upper limb, arm, both legs, all four limbs ,eyes, one side of the body. Monoplegia where one limb is involved, hemiplegia where two limbs or one side of the body is involved, face and the upper limb is involved it is called faciobrachial paralysis, if both the lower limbs are involved it called as paraplegia, if all the 4 limbs are involved we call it as quadriplegia.
