Interview with Cadets on Joint Wing JNCO/SNCO Course.
Over the weekend of 5/6 December 2020, Merseyside Wing Air Cadets held a training course aimed at developing Cadets into new roles as Junior and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCO's & SNCO's) on their Squadrons. This was held at 610 (City of Chester) Squadron and has been the first one run this year as a face to face training session, since the lockdown due to COVID-19 restrictions.
As part of the weekends training, the course was well covered with photographs and the interviewing of several members of staff and cadets in attendance to record some of their their thoughts and perspectives on their activities over the two days.
