I about started crying when Hugh was talking at the end about what he realized he needed to do with his own children… all men should stop trying to be so hard and stoic and be open and communicative with their children. The biggest breakthrough for myself with my own children after my divorce was breaking down with my five-year old daughter and crying, telling her I don’t know what I’m doing. And she simply said, “It’s okay dad, I love you.”

He's saying something I wish that every parent could hear -- communication is important in the parent child relationship. Good for him 💕

What an absolutely lovely man. He is so incredibly talented and deserves his success and personal happiness. He is always so open, humble and personable, never arrogant like some A list celebrities.

Sometimes I forget that he’s a whole different person than when he’s acting. Top tier actor.

It's devastating for any child to think they've been abandoned.

I hate how they cut off these great interviews. They could have spent 30 minutes talking about fatherhood, parenting, etc.

As a parent that clip gave me so much anxiety...

I think Stephen cried a little there. Understandably. That was a powerful scene, and the ramifications of it does make you think and feel. As a dad myself, I felt it too, even though my kids are younger.

If anyone wants to learn more about Hugh Jackman, SAG did an amazing interview with him. It's over an hour long and it's very interesting
