Barnum voksede op under trange kår, men han var en meget kreativ og visionær mand. Kronen på værket i hans karriere var ”The Greatest Show on Earth”, der var en imponerende forestilling og en fejring af hans enestående fantasi og opfindsomhed, som endte med at begejstre publikum verden over.

Hugh was obviously incredible and has great energy and emotion, but can we also acknowledge Jeremy Jordan for a second. If they really didn’t know until the day before that Hugh wasn’t going to sing, that means Jeremy stepped in at the last minute, sang the entire musical and then when he realized that Hugh wanted to sing this song, he graciously and seamlessly backed out of it and just joined in with the rest of the chorus. That’s pretty awesome and classy if you ask me.

Jeremy Jordan is such an amazing human being, he literally saved the entire movie and they did him dirty but he was so classy about it, just pure respect

I can’t watch this without a bitter taste being left in my mouth. Jeremy was literally the only reason the movie was green lit. He bought his own ticket, sang all of Hugh’s songs (except this one) with very short notice, was very sick and his redemption moment was essentially taken away from him. He did everything he could for this movie and wasn’t even credited. He’s an amazing guy and he deserved so much better.

Knowing what I know about this, and what happened with Jeremy, I find it incredibly gracious of him to recognize that Hugh wanted to sing and to step off and join the ensemble despite the fact that he’d really been hoping this song would be his chance to redeem himself after losing his voice on Rewrite the Stars. He even seems to be demonstrating a generally positive and professional attitude during the rest of the song. I won’t hold anything against Hugh necessarily, because it is his movie, but the fact that Jeremy’s contributions to the film went uncredited does bother me. At the very least they should’ve had his name in the credits under “special thanks to” or whatever. He recorded the demo songs and paid for his own plane ticket to fly in and help them out by singing both Barnum and Philip’s roles that day even while he was sick and he didn’t even get his name in the credits. That upsets me more than the casting thing because I feel like it’s just basic courtesy to say thank you to someone who helps out

honestly Jeremy Jordan should have been in the movie. The fact that he was not makes me so sad I mean he recorded the demos and like omg. And he found out like last minute he had to sing Hughs songs because Hugh had stitches in his nose and could not sing. Jeremy also was being considered for the role of Philip so he had to sing both Hughs songs and Phillips songs. Jeremy was sick so he couldn't hit the notes when he sang rewrite the stars. And then the imfomas moment from now on and like it was what I would say magical Like when you see the video everyone looks like they're having a good time. But after hearing Jeremy's side of the story I kind of feel sad that he was like "this was Hughs redemption not mine". And then he was passed up for Zac. I mean when he told the story he made it like you know you should feel bad for him and stuff. I love the movie though like I love the songs and the music. Like don't get me wrong I love the movie as much as the next person and Zac was Amazing as Philip and of course, the music is amazing. I think The movie was just good overall. I think Jeremy Jordan deserved better.

Not only did Jeremy sing all of Zac and Hugh's parts and then graciously step aside at the end without compensation or consideration for the role but they don't even mention him by name. They just refer to him as that singer or whatever. AT LEAST THANK HIM AND SAY HIS NAME!!!!

Huge shoutout to Jeremy for being this supportive especially during the chorus while he was actually kind of disappointed that he didn’t get his moment. I’m very happy for Hugh that he got to sing his song and he did extremely well, but I just gotta appreciate Jeremy’s energy here. A total gem.

Jeremy was way more suited for the role and I said what I said. This movie would not have been created if it wasn't for him since he was singing both Hugh's and Zac's part in this WHILE sick but he still did it anyways. He also made the demos for Hugh's part when they first started writing the songs and Jeremy should have been picked. You can say it's because they wanted more popular actors but the first time they considered Zac was right after this green light. Anyways...

This was my favorite movie. It WAS. Until I found out that Jeremy could have gotten the part and DIDN’T while he SOULD HAVE!!! I feel so incredibly sorry for him. Like, Zac was good, but Jeremy would have been incredible.
