The speed test done in the Orbi app tests the speed that your main router sees from your ISP. not the speed seen by the client (phone, other). You will need to use the speedtesst app on your client to see the actual speed seen by your device at various points in the house.

Steve Fenech you are a fraud, the speed test that you have done on the Orbi app is the speed between the NBN modem and the main orbi router, not wifi. Shame on you for calling your self a Tech Guide

NETGEAR are awful, over priced, paiement required for basic elements, and best feature is every update crashes your network and necessitates a hard factory reset. Very much regret ever buying an orbi, which of course the manufacturer won’t accept returns on. Just don’t buy them is something I wish I’d been told. Ps, the app is next to pointless.

3 bits of plastic with 3 circuit boards in them made in china by the lowest bidder ..
