I ran across his channel a few days ago and have watch many of his videos since. Even tried the Chicken Fried Ribeye last night and, WOW, it was a winner. I followed each of his steps. Yes, I learned reading some of the comments that he passed away several years ago. I am testimony his memory lives on. RIP Jack.

I appreciate this level of instruction. No frills, no bull, no smoke and mirrors. Just good ole fashioned cookin, the way its been passed down to family for generations.
10/10 for me for every bit of love passed on.

Made this today, with our homegrown grass fed angus rib eye and homemade french fries. Took left over sausage gravy and deglazed the skillet for the meat and fries. It was awesome. Love to watch this man cook.

From the comments I gather that Daddy Jack has gone ahead, but he lives in these recipes on YT. They are so authentic and inspiring with no nonsense and no pretensions, all done in real time. They’ve reached around the world and still getting us cooking years later. Thank you very much.

I just found this channel and I can’t get enough of it!!! The Lobster Bisque was beyond compare. My 84 y/o Mother and our big Irish family insist that I make this every other Sunday now. This cooking is the real deal and I can not thank you enough!!!
