Autistic people may rock or engage in repetitive movements as a way to self-regulate and cope with sensory overload. Rocking can also provide a sense of comfort and security. It's important to note that everyone on the autism spectrum is unique and may have different ways of coping with the world around them. It's important to respect and support their individual needs.

This is not meant as an attack or anything, just a small elaboration on how I see the short:
Autistic individuals may or may not exhibit these traits but that doesn't determine their value. They shouldn't be expected to bring value to other peoples lives to be treated like human beings. The message of this short may be well intended but it just sounds like these values are why they should be accepted or seen as inspiration when they should be accepted regardless of these traits. There are autistic people who are severely restricted by their disorder but that doesn't mean they are worth less than autistic people with lower support needs.
