Watched your review, got myself one and I have dumped my Nespresso machine. I love the process and the expresso it brews

Is the view of the crema in your video from the neo? It looks amazing! But when i see the full shot from the side later in the video it does not appear to have significant levels of crema.

Let me know. Also does it produce Expresso of quality that is close to the 58?

I am deeply disappointed in the product. It hasn't worked well even once in 4 days of use. The water comes out on the piston at the slightest pressure of the lever, generating low pressure, which causes it to extract little coffee or none at all. I have tried different grinds from as coarse as in both filter holders and the results are the same. The little coffee that comes out is watered down and very bitter. They promise real espresso but the results are worse than a mocha. If anyone in the community knows a solution, I would ask for help.
