I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my brother and sister in law to a drunk driver The guy got so mad when he finally got arrested. I couldn’t imagine losing a child.

I am truly sorry for the loss you've experienced. There needs to be change and laws that reinforce severe consequences on those that drink and drive. I cannot believe that we even allow some of these people little consequence for such actions.

Horrific 😭 There was recently a DUI death news story in Southern California. This couple that had known each other since they were 11 and 12 years old had just recently gotten married, and the girl was on her way home from work and a drunk driver hit her and killed her. 😭 We need tougher laws on drunk driving homicides.

I have a friend who lost his wife and one month old baby to a drunk driver 50 years ago and he had never recovered. He never remarried or had children because of being so traumatized. Now he is an old man and looking forward to being reunited with his family.

This is why we need to be SO MUCH harder on drunk drivers, from their VERY FIRST offense. This is so heartbreaking, I hope this young lady is making it through. I can only imagine.

I wish there were tougher laws to drunk driving. My mom was hit head on by a drunk 20 something yr old, luckily she lived but was badly hurt and even though this person had a past dui he never went to jail and didn't even have to pay my moms medical bills or for her to get a new car! He had crappy insurance and even the cops could smell the alcohol nothing came from it. He got probation and probably still drives drunk! I pray u r right n laws change.
