Hey, love your video, recording in the nature is a blessing. I’m starting my field recording journey as well probably today or tomorrow. I have some exams coming up after that for sure I’m gonna spend some time. It’ll be the first time recording I have got a zoom H5 from facebook marketplace it’s barely used. Nice recorder, I love the Tascams, have the DR40 and the DR701D, both excellent recorders with very low self noise, what you have there is a great piece of kit.

What's the difference between a purpose built recorder and say at dji mic2 receiver? Is the quality somehow much better on the recorder?Than a wireless receiver transmitter setup?
