I just started learning how to wholesale real estate a month and a half ago. At one of the very first homes I went to see I got a job offer to become a licensed Real estate agent (the company will pay for me to get my license in two weeks if I do well). I start this morning and i just wanted to stop in and say your videos have helped me to understand the business immensely and you have helped me feel more confident going into a new business. Im a starting real estate agent in Belgium and I'd say im pretty good at prospecting. I'll get an appointment about 1 in 10 calls on average. The problem is when i actually arrive at the appointment, im almost never able to get the listing. I keep wondering, "Do i look too young?" "Did i dress poorly?" Did i say something wrong?". What percentage of you guy's appointments will lead to a listing?
