@3:53 It’s interesting how god regrets things in the bible. Isn’t he supposed to be all-knowing? This implies that god should known the future and/or is psychic since events in the future contain knowledge and not knowing about these future events would cancel out his all-knowing claim. So he knew he would regret these things years before he did them😂. Which is incredibly stupid and therefore we can also cancel out the claim that he is intelligent

in my opinion, religion is taxation without representation, metaphorically. as a theist, you spend time and exert energy in focusing your beliefs through prayer or study etc. and your deity is essentially the ruler of your existence yet you have no control over the rules, or law, of the natural order of the Universe. That's definitely not to say that it's a realistic observation but, it could be useful; obviously theists could never have control of the Universe, but the idea that they're not in control, whilst having to 'pay a tax' in the form of donations to church, time, effort spent practising their beliefs should surely ring a bell that says 'wait, why do I bother doing something that doesn't clearly directly lead to any positive action, when I could be teaching children, or helping patients as a doctor, or a charity worker, or a garbage man - any worthwhile lifestyle should maximise net human pleasure/happiness (this includes staying healthy and thinking critically about problems that affect you so you know how to fix the problem so you can decrease your net suffering). Obviously religion, and charity and such that spawns from it, can do massive good in the world but it's more of a vessel for the intrinsic moral nature of people rather than a kickstarter - any non-psychopath tries be a good person overall, at least I hope.

Why did i just find you're videos lol, you made great talking points. I myself always hear the same lame excuses from creationist but if they take 5 mins and study the origin of their belief, biology and genetics, anthropology, zoology, carbon dating, they might learn something, keep up the great work
