Epson Scan cannot communicate with the scanner

Epson Scan cannot communicate with the scanner even though the device is connected to the wireless network. The IP address is incorrect in Epson Scanner Settings. Change that and you're good to go. - Scan
Please note: Epson Scan keeps losing the scanner after power downs and suchlike but are you aware that Windows 10 and 8 has its own built in Scanning software? It seems to be able to find the WIFI scanner more easily. Just search for 'scan' in the start menu in Windows 10 or the search Gem in Windows 8.

For some reason my printer had a really long code rather than a standard IP address but this still seemed to work, thanks very much!
