Please remove the battery and ac adaptor. Then press and hold the power button for 15 seconds. Now wait for 2 minutes. Please reconnect the battery and ac adaptor and power on the system." : How to actually fix the charging problem
Step 1: DONT NOT CLICK UNINSTALL

Step 2:Disable Microsoft AC Adapter, then unplug the charger.


Step 3: Reset pc


Step 4: Go back to device manager then enable Microsoft AC Adapter.

Step 5: Finally plug the charger back in.

this helped by increasing my battery 60 to 80 and randomly when 100 i think i broke my battery
