The “woolly mammoth” in the grainy footage is obviously a large grizzly bear with a dead salmon in its mouth crossing a river.

When I was young, a bit more than 60 years ago, I saw a pair of BLACK LEOPARDS at the Williamland Park Zoo in Sacramento, California!!! I got to go there every weekend and I made sure I got to see them every weekend when I was there!! They were stunning!!!
When the sun would hit them just right on the sides of their bodies you could see faint leopard spots through their black coats!!! I'll never forget seeing them every weekend!!!!

It warms my heart to know that some species thought to be lost forever are still in existence. It angers and saddens me to know that so many species have become extinct to due to overhunting and habitat loss. Definitely hope that some of these alleged extinct animals are still living in the wild.

Arkansas is 60% pure forest. Incredibly beautiful small city of Hot Springs is nestled and surrounded by forest. I wouldn’t be surprised if the bird watchers saw this wood peckers. A beautiful state to say the least.
Black panthers are also deep in the forest of Arkansas! We going Crystal mining there, a local miner saw one close up.

The way they date fossils is by the rocks they find around them. The way they date rocks is by the fossils they find around them. Does anyone else see the problem with that???

Image of "wooly mammoth" too grainy to make out. From slight colour differences, it looks like a bear with a fish in its mouth.

Don't know where you learned to convert metric to imperial weights but 19 kg is nowhere near 200 lbs. To convert kgs to pounds, you multiply kgs by 2.2. 19 kg is only 41.8 lbs. 200 lbs is 90.9 kgs.

Almost every pronunciation in this post is wrong.
Just 5 minutes research would have corrected these errors.
Sloppy, sloppy science !

The "mammoth" video they used was debunked, research it.

I've seen that woodpecker! More than once! I live in the mountains of northeast Alabama, and property borders a wildlife refuge, and a birdwatching landmark. We've got it all here, but it's hidden. We have black Panthers, blonde mountain lions, black bears, and elk occasionally. Black, and albino deer, and much more. I've seen that woodpecker tho!

The black leopard is a regular leopard with more melanin. It's not a distinct breed.

There was a mammoth back in 1800s in Bow Valley Alberta area. It was hunted by a prospector because it came into his camp and stepped on a litter of wolf dog pups he had there. He angrily chased it for months and wore it out and killed it. He skinned it and used its hide for moccasins etc to give to native population who knew about this mammoth too. Later, these items were identified as a real mammoth hide.

I'ts ironic that the locals have been aware of these animals for years. But since scientists can't find them they now become instict!

Coelacanths ( SEE-lə-kanth) (order Coelacanthiformes) are an ancient group of lobe-finned fish (Sarcopterygii) in the class Actinistia. As sarcopterygians, they are more closely related to lungfish and tetrapods (which includes amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals) than to ray-finned fish.

If man brings back extinct animals, isn't man interfering with nature? How will that affect the eco-systems that currently exist?

@ 10:48 Coelacanth ... 19 kilograms is NOT 200 lbs.!!! 19 x 2.2 = 41.8 lbs !
