Three members of a U.S. Marshals task force shot and killed near Charlotte, officials say

Authorities say that a U.S. Marshals task force was serving a warrant at a home near Charlotte, N.C., when they were fired on. In addition to the three who were killed, five others were wounded, including four Charlotte police officers. Michelle Boudin of WCNC reports.

If they knew where he lived they probably had him under surveillance and could have taken him easily in a traffic stop or in a convenience store when he was standing there without a automatic rifle. Because you don't know what people have waiting for you in their homes
