My Golf Swing Never Improved until I Discovered this!

If I could give just one golf lesson to golfers this one would be it. In my mind it's golf's only secret.

"The behaviour of your golf ball, the way it flys though the air or doesn't fly through the air 😉 is not down to whether you have swayed, lifted your head or kept your left arm straight or any of that stuff. It is solely down to what your club head is doing at the moment of impact."

What's awesome for you is no matter how many bad golf shots you hit there can only be a few things you are doing wrong at impact;

1. Either your club head is swinging too far to the right or too far to the left

2. Your club face is either aiming left or aiming right

3. Your club head is attacking the ball at too steep an angle or too shallow an angle.

Thats it! And no matter how inconsistent you think you are there will be a consistent pattern to the way you strike the golf ball.

So whether you want to hit driver straight or strike your irons better your first job is to make sure you no exactly what your golf club is doing wrong at impact (I show you how in this video) and secondly, ONLY change something in your golf swing that you know 100% is going to improve your golf impact.

In this golf video for the very first time I'm going to show you exactly how you do this. If you have ever wanted to know why golf professionals like myself play consistently well this is the answer.

However, I want to prepare you for what's to come. This video is detailed and will require you to sit down, be patient and take in every word.

If you are willing to put in the work to understand this, what you are about to learn will change the way you play this game forever.

I so wish someone had taught me this when I started to play golf. It would have saved me years of trial and error.

ABOUT DANNY
-----------------------
Thanks for stopping by. I created this website as a resource just for you to support you on your golfing journey as I know how tricky learning this game can be…to say the least!

I personally found learning the game too long and difficult in the early days. I read all the books, watched all the videos but my game was not improving. Then after studying various forms of neuro science, motor learning, psychology and personal development in less than two years I went from struggling golfer to the final stage of the Open Championship.

Be prepared though. If its a quick fix you are after Im not your man. Here I will give you step-by-step advice that you can take straight to the practice ground and apply to the course but it will require you to get stuck in, screw up…a lot, practice some more and then watch those scores tumble

I’ve had the pleasure of coaching thousands of students all around the world and if you are up for the challenge and are ready to get in the game…LETS GO TO WORK!

I'm 67, recently retired, & dealing with arthritis & other small nagging I issues. BUT I wanted to retire & enjoy playing golf 2-3 times a week. Now, to be honest, my Golf Game Sucks! I love watching your Video Lessons. What I appreciate most, is that in all my years of taking lessons, you are the first I instructor who explains the basic theory of the swing & the goal of striking the ball, showing & simplifying t the reasons of the common mistakes of what us amateur hackers are doing! I appreciate that video feels personalized and how you explain the basics with words & visualization that I can a actually understand! Thank You for the time & pasión to help golfers like me help to enjoy the game so much more!

I have to say that you’re by far the best YouTube teacher I’ve seen and I’ve seen a lot lol. I notice that you go in way more detail than any other person also. Seems like the other people only give a fraction of knowledge that you give. You’re helping me so I thank you and wish you the best Danny!

Since watching this video for the first time I have gone from a 20 handicap to an 18 just by being able to make in-round adjustments based on the ball flight. Thanks Danny!

This is by far and away the best golf lesson i've ever had. Suddenly it all makes sense and I can mentally see what I am doing wrong by the ball path. Thank you so much Danny.

I had heard all of this before, just not explained so coherently and all of it in a short video. This is essential viewing for all golfers.

I’m at a loss for words, your videos are absolutely fantastic, so pedagogical, precise and so full of knowledge.

For me as a complete beginner - this is absolute gold.

Thank you so, so much for all your content!

So many golf tutorial videos steer you toward a gimmick solution that typically includes the purchase of a product to "fix" your problem. Danny, I love this video because you provide insights into the basic components of the golf swing at the point of ball contact so that an amateur golfer such as myself is equipped to diagnosis the problem and implement interventions to achieve improvement. I have recently discovered your Golf Coaching Videos. Thank you for helping many amateur golfers such as myself to improve my golf game and improve my enjoyment of being out there on the golf course! A agree with many here This really is probably the best lesson in golf especially once players know how to generate respectable speed.
And this pro is one of my favorites as I’ve been on a Utube golf instruction binge.

Danny this is by far your best video yet. By breaking down the ball flight based on whether it goes right (contact EARLY) or left (contact LATE) has helped me make on course adjustments. It also allowed me to start hitting fades, a strike that I struggle with. I have followed your videos and I would state that this one is by far one of the most important and valuable of them all (until the next tidbit of information comes out next week!) Thank you again Danny, you truly are a fantastic coach!

G'day Danny, Back in the 1970's I bought Jon Jabobs' book "Golf Doctor" in which he said he did not need to see the player swing, all he needed was the ball flight. In the book, find the ball flight, then Jon explained what the player was doing and then explained what needed to be done to correct the flight. The book helped me, over several years I got down to a 10 handicap. Unfortunately, my "Ego got bigger than my ability" in trying to crack single figures I was swinging harder and faster, which as we know destroys the swing. I went out to a 16 handicap, but I managed to get to 10 again. My comfort zone turned out to be14 h'cap. Now I am 78 I've lost some distance off the tee, fortunately, my putting keeps me in the game. I learnt all my golf out of books, I should have had more lessons.

I created a video with the same information, but received a ton of hate saying 'modern physics says the path doesn't send it'. 'Face sends and bends' 'Path bends'. Mostly by people that dont understand the nuance of the ball flight.

First, I want to say everything you're saying is of course correct. I just want to add some nuance so people understand how you are reading it.

For example at 1:52 would mean left going left doesn't have to be outside in if it curved a LOT left. That could be face sending left.

But in your case you know it is in fact outside in, because the bend isn't enough (left) for the face to have caused the left.

When the face cause left, with left square club path and left leave, left bend, the face will put immense spin on the ball.

So this note is for people watching:

Supposedly modern physics says the face controls part of the send as well. But when the face 'sends' it as well as bending it, the bending is MUCH more severe.

Meaning a square path, left face, will send left, but will curve a lot left. A left shot, that doesn't bend much, is only a little closed to path.

This reading of ball flight has nuance. That is what I am trying to say.

I believe the path sends and the face bends is the best statement for nuanced ball flight. Even though my channel has ton of hate for me suggesting it. So I made a new video of modern and conventional ball flight arguing.

Great videos. Cheers. M2

This is by far the best explanation when it come to ball flight. I’m going to watch these video religiously so that it sticks in my head next time I go to the range to practice. Now I can understand what adjustments need to be made.

This is probably the most valuable golf instructional video I've seen. Educating golfers on how to self-diagnose is so powerful and can be hugely transformational. Nice work Danny!
