It's a shame. Because Benfers history is a tale of an underdog teenager who finds success in his art. And given my history with newgrounds and klay world I'm beyond disappointed he turned out this way.

He sorted out all of those issues at this point I think. He has the box set up on his Etsy page now. I got mine in the mail two weeks ago and my kids and I have watched it. He’s in the middle of his redemption arc.

Back when he released Klay World: All gone, he was offering signed Klay men as a stand alone thing you could buy from him for like 15-20$ and I foolishly thought that sounded awesome, so I bought one and waited, and waited, and waited, then I waited some more, and after a year had passed I knew I wasn't getting my signed Klay man. All during the time that I was waiting, I tried to message and email him only to never get a single response from about it. He played me like a damn fiddle. I'm still nostalgic for Klay World, but it hurt to be robbed blind by someone you thought was decent and liked

I was one of the fools to preorder the Klay World box set in 2013. The guy made off with over $6000 from the preorders alone, and not one person received a copy. Oddly enough, I never had a problem receiving what I purchased before the box set. Such a shame that someone so inspirational fell so far from grace.

Fuck man that sucks. Klay World was and still is a treasured piece of my childhood. But it really pains me to see him acting in such a childish way.

If you want any of his mercy, apparently the only way you will actually get what you pay for is buying from third party distributors, not from the man himself. I don't know this for sure, but that was the gist I got from SeparateWay's video on Benfer. Please let me know if this is not the case or I am misremembering.
edit: just checked amazon and it is the movie and volumes of the series are sold and shipped by amazon themselves
