Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Hello, and thank you for using this service.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: I'll be helping you with your problem today.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: This means that you have a faulty relay control board, or the bake element has failed.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: You'll need to pull the oven out and remove the screws coming in from the back panel.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Unplug the oven and remove the wires connected to the bake element.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: You'll need a multimeter to test resistance through the bake element.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: If the resistance is open, replace the element.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: If it has continuity, then the relay control board on the back of the oven directly in the middle will need to be ordered and replaced.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: If there is anything else I can help you with today just let me know.

JustAnswer Customer: since the oven heats up in convection mode wouldn`t that mean the element is good.
JustAnswer Customer: how do i test element i have a multitester
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: no it wouldn't.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: There is a different element for convection mode.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: And you set the multimeter to resistance (Omega symbol or "Ohms" reading), then you disconnect the 2 wires to the bake element and touch both terminals of the element to see if you get a reading somewhere between 5 and 50 ohms if it's good.
