"Night Night! See you tomorrow morning at 6.00"
We'll see you then, CBeebies... our reunion awaits in a better place.

This both ironic and heartbreaking at the same time the way it was informing children of the end of the world!

It's unexpected how Cbeebies said the word *kill* in this footage.
They never even used that word for family friendly reasons.

God, I absolutely loved Cbeebies as a child and this shit is so fucking disturbing.

With a normal EAS, you expect all the normal shit, like bombs are gonna drop, gather supplies, don't go outside, etc. With this you'd expect it to be more toned down, which it is, but the fact that it actually tells the audience (presumably the children) that they may possibly die is so heartbreaking and disturbing. The fact that the EAS tries to tell the children to calm down and not be scared by doing activities by coloring in a book or play a game they like while the inevitable approaches makes it much more freaky.

This is one of the more unique EAS Scenarios I've seen and I love it. Great work.

Of all of the mocks I've seen, this is by far the most chilling. The fact that it uses the fun CBeebies text to tell of an actual tragedy, the way they try to sugarcoat it, and the fact they show footage from an actual movie to tell kids of the scene that will unfold before the explosions, all wrapped up with the end card, just... it'll be hard to top this level of bone-chilling sensation.

its scary how realistic this is, they try to explain to kids what’s going on in the most calm and peaceful manner possible, and it’s heartbreaking

The fact they say “this will happen by 6am tomorrow at the latest” and then it says “see you tomorrow at 6” on the end screen. That really gives the end of programming a different feel, doesn’t it.

Think I might give this a try using Cbeebies for an EAS video. I thought that the way they tried to explain the situation to them in a calm and soothing manner just made it that little bit more eerie and I loved that. Very good work my friend 👍

This was quite heartbreaking and disturbing, someone definitely needs to make a creepypasta out of this

The only reason I'm giving this a like is because this is oddly both bad and actually good at the same time, and this is not a usual Scenario I would see everyday. Fine work.

The Old 2002 CBeebies era was my time.

Having this format into my childhood TV and speaking to us in serious but safe/ motherly way is still creepily shocking!

I’m imagining a child just watching this and immediately running to their parents in absolute horror and panic

This was very well done 👍🏻

This is actually a smart way to tell kids about nuclear alerts

Okay, the way this was presented like it was meant to be shown to kids was honestly an amazing detail, given that it took place on a channel mostly kids watch, incredible job, sir.

Unlike the other EAS scenarios that made me shiver or scared, this had me tear up. Never really thought about it from a kids perspective before.

I’ve always wondered what the protocol for both CBBC and CBeebies would be if we were hit with a nuclear strike in this country. This scenario is pretty chilling yet sad at the same time, since it’s basically telling very young kids that the inevitable is approaching and that they might even die, which is… quite dark for a children’s TV channel.

Still, I’m impressed with this one, keep up the good work 👍

EDIT: look mum I’m famous

Holy shit this is probably the only eas scenario that shat me up 😂 seriously though this is well made and it was a good decision to watch this right before i go to sleep but it was executed well, it gave that feel of how it would be explained in a way as to not scare young children and just the overall eeriness of it is amazing. One of the best scenarios ive seen keep it up my man

it’s so much scarier in this context

This was quite disturbing, it did do a good job in showing children what would be happening. God, I'd hope this never has to happen, I can imagine how scared the children would be. I loved this channel as a child. Very good work.
