It's worth noting that it can also be a loose contact or similar. This error popped up on my Astra J GTC today while I was parking my car. High beam stopped working completly, but low beam worked fine. And then I googled it and stumbled across your video and then article where it's mentioned that it can be a loose contact only, and basically taking it out and placing it back in fixes it. But, I was lucky enough that it was fixed by itself. I locked my car and unlocked it and it started working again. So yeah, I did not do a thing and it was fixed, so it was probably just a loose contact or some kind of error.
