When I saw a dog wandering in traffic last Summer, I immediately got him into my car. I would have never thought of only recording this event. Luckily, he had a collar on (just like the dog in this video). I located the owner and returned the dog safely. I sure hope someone rescued this dog from the streets and traffic. 🙏🤞💕

I hate this, some people don’t even have the decency to drop a dog off at a shelter or give them away, they just dump them on the street or on a farm. The poor dog is sad and confused and just wants to go home with the people he/she thought loved him/her
