Germany's Leopard 2s and Marders are backfilling NATO countries that send ex Soviet equipment. Just now 40 Marders so Greece sends its BMPs. Additionally the German Army wants to fill its own roster, too.

Germany is not as bad as the media depict. They are sending 50 APCs. These APCs will be useful in offensive movements . At least troops dont have to sit on top of the tank exposing to small arms fire anymore. But of course if possible tanks are just as important as APCs. But its not as if Germany is idling by doing nothing like a few months ago.

Right after the US Germany is the second heaviest supplier for Ukraine. Look up the list of stuff Germany has sent so far, its a multi page long list. If we want to point fingers it should be France. Compared to Germany France has sent very little beside their few Ceasar artillery systems.
