Donald Trump's Rape Accuser E. Jean Carroll Arrives At Court For Start Of Trial | U.S News LIVE

The civil lawsuit against former U.S. President Donald Trump brought by former Elle magazine advice columnist E. Jean Carroll who accuses him of rape got underway in lower Manhattan on Tuesday (April 25).

Carroll arrived at the courthouse surrounded by security and waiting media.

Carroll has accused Trump of having sexually assaulted her in a dressing room at the Bergdorf Goodman department store in Midtown Manhattan in late 1995 or early 1996.
