1 medium or large cauliflower head
2 tablespoons harissa sauce, not powder
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Chimichurri (for drizzling)
½ packed cup parsley finely chopped
2 cloves garlic minced or grated
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil

Dont throw the When i was broke i buying leaves no one wanted and ate them... They are tasty and nutritius and when baking in air fryer the thin ends dry up almost burn giving crunchimes. Dont throw leaves
