Vance was a failure as a Marine! Follow the facts:
1. Served only 4 yrs. (Couldn't cut it!)
2. Left at the rank of Corporal.
3. A Marine can expect promotion to Corporal in approximately 2 years of good service.
4. After about 4 years of good service a Marine can expect to promote to Staff Sargeant...2 grades higher than Vance made.
5. He wasn't a soldier, he was a military journalist. Which means he failed at writing and taking pictures.

Why was such an unintelligent failure ever considered for the position he's running for? Why is a loser on the ballot?
