Homemade persimmon liquor! A simple drink recipe at home.
Persimmon season is coming to an end. Therefore, I could not ignore this fruit, I prepared a delicious homemade vodka liquor.
The liquor goes well with sweet dishes, served well chilled.
Everyone can repeat this simple recipe at home!
Persimmon should be dense, not frozen, so as not to spread into jelly when insisting.

Ingredients for making homemade liquor:
- 350 gr persimmons (12.5oz)
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 20 gr honey (0.7 oz)
- 0.5 l of vodka (17 oz)

Preparing the tincture:
1️⃣Put diced persimmon, cinnamon and honey in a jar
2️⃣Pour vodka and leave for 2 weeks 💧
3️⃣After 2 weeks, strain the drink

P / s the color of the tincture and its consistency depends on the variety of persimmon! I have seen persimmon tinctures in orange, yellow and white!
