In this video, you'll learn:

🔹 The best tools for cutting porcelain and ceramic tiles
🔹 How to measure and mark tiles for accurate cuts
🔹 Techniques for using a tile cutter, tile saw, and other cutting tools
🔹 Tips for achieving smooth, clean edges without cracking or chipping

Craig will also share expert tips on how to make tricky cuts, like notches and angled edges, so you can handle any project with confidence. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned DIYer, this guide will equip you with the skills to cut tiles like a pro.

Cutting large-format porcelain and ceramic floor tiles offers several key benefits, especially when it comes to achieving a sleek, modern look in your space. These tiles create fewer grout lines, providing a cleaner, more continuous surface that visually expands the room and makes it feel more spacious. Large-format tiles also reduce the amount of grout maintenance required, making them easier to clean and maintain over time. By cutting these tiles to fit perfectly around edges, corners, or fixtures, you can ensure a seamless installation that highlights the beauty of the tile while minimizing visible seams. With the right tools and techniques, cutting large-format tiles becomes manageable, giving you the flexibility to customise your layout for a polished, professional finish.

On your first cut you chipped off a corner... and then you ignore it, as if it didn't happen... sneaky ;)
