TP-Link RE305: Unboxing and Quick Setup via WPS

Hi, i really love your video, but i don't know how to turn 5ghz on, it only lights the 2.4ghz, and if i press the wps buttons again it just connects to 2.4 again

We have 100 Mbps internet but the modem is in the hall. My room is at the back so there is no internet access. We got Xiaomi's Wi-Fi booster too. I have internet in my room but I can only get 10-15 Mbps. There are many ping problems in games, especially in Valorant. This Wi-Fi booster is deploying 2.4GHz. I wonder if I would benefit from buying this 5GHz TP-Link RE305?
