3:20 is wrong, a retrain (update) is not equivalent to a full training and model should be trained from scratch every 1-5 days according to usecase. Every full training needs to re-import all the historical data. People need to collect the data they send to the tracker since the data sent to tracker can only be used by the retraining option of Personalize and can't be exported.
