Solved Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly On XAMPP

xampp MySQL not starting For the following particular issue.

Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.
[mysql] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies, improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
Press the Logs button to view error logs and check the Windows Event Viewer for more clues If you need more help, copy and post this entire log window on the forums

just do this and it will start working again:

1) exit Xampp server
2) go to your C:\xampp\mysql\data directory
3) delete the ib_logfile0 file
4) restart xampp server

The file keep on re appearing when u turn on the planel again

thanks but this is temporary solution because the problem would appear again and again in the future.
