Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Put -dx11 in launch options, Add -dx11 to the shortcut exe file
Step 3) Allow the game exe file to antivirus program/Windows Security
Step 4) Do a clean installation of graphics driver
Step 5) Verify the game files
Step 6) Run game as an administrator
Step 7) Run the game on the dedicated graphics card
Step 8) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 9) Install DirectX
Step 12) If you have Windows 10 N Edition: Install Media Feature Pack
Step 13) Unplug Multiple monitors, Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services in task manager, remove the undervolt, do not overclock, close all the overclocking application, disable Steam Overlay and close other overlay apps, perform cleanboot
Step 14) Run the game in windowed mode, try disabling Depth of Field, lower down graphics settings
Step 15) Uninstall and reinstall the game to the different drive.

Im having this problem now on my PS4 Pro. Looking up this problem on Reddit I noticed this people were having this problem around Feb of 2022 but on Playstation consoles. First I had it on my external hard drive, . then I movied it to the internal SSD drive. Both options I got freezing. But on my PC, I dont have that issue with the game.

Hello, I check AND the crash Is for the cinema, I Select the intro in the gallery mode an the game crash, the hystory mode cant be play, only Versus or training
