Hello Ken, thanks for posting a very interesting video. For some time I too have been trying to find an FM deviation meter, one that I could actually afford. I'm hoping you can help me with how the RTL-SDR dongle is interfaced with the transceiver. At the moment I'm thinking the transceiver is fitted with a dummy load, with the RTL-SDR antenna placed next to it.
Is this correct?
