Madrimov punches had snapped on them. Made Crawford respect him. He couldn't bully him

Madrimov is quite impressive. I thought his open guard would be a problem, particularly against Crawford's uppercut, and he did get caught a few times, but he his upper body movement and footwork kept him out of trouble. Very educated and careful pressure too, reminded me of Brian Castãno against Jermell Charlo in their first fight. Counterpunching on the front foot and feinting to disrupt Crawford's usual timing and rhythm, great stuff.

I thought Israil Madrimov reminded me of Bivol, the way the push themselves out and still attack, upper body movements, throwing punches combo and getting out of situations.
