For you people that are saying it’s La Masia. That’s the academy some of the best players graduated from not “produced” the best players. Most of these players are already talented so likely they would have made it anyway. But if there were players that were not as talented and were properly trained and nurtured into talented footballers than that would likely be a better “producer” of talent.

I have played a lot of academy's but for me I think Cambridge United are the best academy, we had a tournament they won against Barca atletico Madrid and West ham. Cambridge haven't produced anyone good as far as I know, but there style of play can beat older kids barca
