I grew up on 70's rock and it is so refreshing to know there are still people who can actually sing without computer assistance and actual musicians who can really play. You're true professionals and look like you're having so much fun playing for us. You have our attention HSCC! Keep 'em coming.

Steely Dan is such a tricky band to cover, not only because on their records they used assistance of 'creme de la creme' or lets say top of the line musicians but also because they often used very unusual harmonies and arrangements. To do SD cover, it is not enough just to learn song, you must re-create original musician's style and tricks, to be as close as possible with sounds and to catch the original groove at least 99%. Not an easy task even for pros. But, HSCC band passed this test like a hot knife through a butter. Well done!!!

Steely Dan has been my favourite band for 40 years
As a guitarist and drummer myself l thought Ok now HSCC are getting out of their depth if they want to to try and cover Hey 19.
Not just tight is the legacy of The Dan, Super Tight is the stratosphere where Steely Dan fly.

One thing that makes HSCC so great for me is that the recording is so good that I can play it over and over and listen to a different instrument or singer each time and actually hear them! Then I revel in the great musicianship and production that is the hallmark of HSCC while I listen to most of my favourite songs. André

I've watched so many Steely Dan cover bands. Some are good, some are terrible, . The background singers in this band are absolutely spot on. As good vocally and movement-wise as the originals. No over exaggeration. Perfect. Vocalist was excellent. Why aren't these people mega stars???
