The bite block makes people think I have candy stuck on my teeth.

Let’s talk about how uncomfortable they are, especially when the dentist puts too much or puts it unevenly on one side of your mouth

i cried nonstop for days after getting these in. my dentists didn’t warn me before hand, and because i have autism, it was sensory hell. there’s no way that there aren’t better alternatives.

I have them on my very back teeth to make sure I can’t bite (accidentally) on my brackets and it always makes people think I have something stuck lol

I'm glad I never had those. If I did they'd probably come off 15, 000 times bc I was always eating something not braces friendly 😭

My bite strength is apparently too much for the bite ramps, cause they ALWAYS broke within the week....dentist basically went "aight, lets play that way"

I wish I had had braces when I was younger. A dental surgeon told me there wasn't anything to be done for my jaw at this point.

I don't have braces yet, but when I do get them do you recommend warm water or cold water to help?
