what could help you when presenting is to remember that the presentation is not about you and is about whatever you're presenting. you shouldn't make the presentation about you or focus it on you. hope this helps.

It is simply impossible for me to prepare speech in advance! As a great writer one wrote "how can you know what you are going to say until you say it" (c) Salinger.

military communications classes - teach & train exactly that. also don't fkn talk more than 15 minutes no matter the topic - the rest of the time is for Q&A - and you will deliver most of your value during that time.
