I am not a doctor, but the way things have been explained by Dr Campbell is indeed so lucid and easy to understand.
I have TVCD and underwent angioplasty, but I was never explained anything about how where and why.I am trying to understand my problem with these videos.

Thank you for this lesson. You explained it so that even non medical viewers can understand. I came here to understand what happened to me and where the blockages occurred . Thank you again.

Very interesting.. I had a STEMI in March of this year and my RCA was 100 percent occluded causeing the STEMI so I had a stent put in it and while they were in there, they found my circumflex is 70 percent so they are treating me with meds for that, I wish they would have went ahead and put a stent in it too but I trust my cardiologist and if he says things will be ok, then theywill be ok.. I hardly have any chest pain now, every once in a swhile I will feel some pain but it is mostly when my belly is full, angina I think they said is what that is... But I feel better than I have in decades... thank you for a very interesting and educational video..

Hello Dr Campbell,

I recently had a CT Angiogram, what does the following mean?

Left circumflex gives off an early OM1 and a large OM2, the circumflex gives off a small pda, and the RCA gives off a small PDA.

Sir,
I got very clear information regarding blood supply for heart itself.
My CT Angio report mentioned LAD - Dense calcified plaque is seen in middle third artery along superior and inferior wall causing maximum stenosis around 60-70%. Calcified plaque involves approx. 6-7 mm. long segment artery.
Sir, may I know where this LAD- middle third artery is located and the blockage mentioned is serious ?
Kindly guide.

Can you please clarify which section of LAD is more distal section?
