Seeing that this is Version 2 of the video, just adding a comment box to "drain off 500ml" is a bit of a cop out, rather than suggesting how this is done by showing it. Maybe you need a Version 3 to be professional.

You will need: A. A bottle of Scotch, B. a glass and C. About a yard of 1/4 inch ish PVC pipe. A 70cl bottle of Scotch is about right. 1. Drink the Scotch using the glass. 2. Turn off rad valves to isolate the rad 3. Depressurise using the bleed valve. 4. Remove the plug.

And then, the bit that's missing, I'm assuming you can't be bothered to drain the system like me ...5. Insert the tube as far as you can vertically and squeeze the end, then pull it out leaving about a foot in the rad. Bend it down to the bottle, let go of the squeeze and water will syphon out. Draw off about 600 ml (Scotch bottle about 3/4 full, ie about 600ml). 6. Remove PVC pipe. 7. Pour in F1, then top up with water till full. 7. Reinsert the plug, open valves and repressurise if needed but likely won't need. 8. Run system, bleed but unlikely needed if you filled it up completely.
