Why are not the Oligarchs and their families sent back to Russia? Why are they allowed to remain in western countries--revoke visas, etc.? Actually they could be sent back to Russia via Ukraine you know driving back on one of the "humanitarian corridors".

The idea that using the property for refugees is good. It’s the execution of that where it HAS to be legitimate. If a mandate was passed or something then great. Otherwise, in the end all it ends up doing is showing that there is no reason to or respect for law.
