The major mistake was long ago, when the development of that area began, no major path was cut through the entire area for an emergency corridor with no area of towns having to travel more than 3 to 4 blocks to get onto the corridor. My advice to any Italians in the area is to get some family members to emigrate to Australia - then when SHTF happens you'll have a family member in Australia who can sponsor you and allow family reconnection after a natural disaster. We got swarms everywhere the West Coast of California, Yellowstone been off on having them. Other day all the swarms went in a line to the West Coast from Yellowstone. Magma moving let's hope this will slow down. Way too many Volcanoes acting up and faultlines. Long valley Caldera is a big worry as well. I have seen swarms come and go but this going on for weeks on end.
