The Republic of Korea Air Force staged a live-fire drill, launching a Taurus air-to-surface missile from its F-15K fighter jet in the air over the West Sea, Tuesday. The GPS-guided cruise missiles have a range of about 300 miles, enough to hit underground bunkers in the North Korean capital of Pyongyang if launched above the South Korea’s central city of Daejeon.
