I have followed this case from day 1 some observations :
1.Swati is speaking the truth even though the circumstances leading to the assault are not clear. This has been proved by courts rejecting bail for Bibhav twice.
2. Kejriwal is a liar. In India TV interview with Peenal Tyagi, he said he was not at home. Swati has clearly said he was at home.
3 By formatting phone and deleting cctv footage, AAP has dug its own grave. Forensic lab will recover this data and then show it to courts.
4. Swati Maliwal should have left this party long back as this party is a gunda, corrupt, and anti woman party as seen by Soni Mishra, Shazia ILMI, Santosh Koli. Many aap female leaders left aap and joined other parties because of this anti woman environment. If you stand with the wrong sooner or later you shall too be wronged

Incident definitely needs to be condemned. All those guilty must be severely punished
But, as per the interview, it appears that she is trying to hide something. What triggered the altercation, why physical assault was resorted.Both victim and accused occupy high positions. There must have been something unusually unpredictable behaviour by atleast one of the parties. While saying that everything is before investigating authorities, she is yet resorting to media campaign against the accused and Delhi CM.
At any rate it is a big black spot on the image of Kejriwal because a woman MP had to face brutal behaviour right in his office. It is also very clear that Kejriwal is not a simple and innocent person who will allow the beating right in his office even if he had really intended.
There seem to be hidden political agenda on both sides

Going through the interview, Swati's talk reflects Kejriwal style of ducking issues. Yes she is a victim and has every right to protect herself.
Why did she go to CM's residence and what was the agenda that was not liked by Kejriwal and she got beaten like this. The real truth has been hidden by Swati. This is my reading of the situation. Sad.
