Police bar MCAs from accessing Kirinyaga county headquarters

Armed police officers have sealed off Kirinyaga county headquarters and are not letting ward representatives in.The officers say they have instructions to bar the ward representative from accessing the headquarters that houses the country’s executive over the ongoing health workers strike.
