Call And Response - What is it?

Jazz Moments is an educational video series that teaches students, grades 8-12, about basic jazz terminology in short 1 to 2 minute videos. The videos will look at jazz as a language with vocabulary such as improvisation, musical form, dynamics, harmony, melody, rhythm, theme, echo, call and response and more, and apply their meaning to everyday life.
