FSD 12.5.4.1 Has a BRAIN 🧠 of its OWN - Produces Epic Results! 🤯

This was filmed on October 4th, 2024. It highlights the latest version of Tesla's Full-Self Driving Supervised software, FSD v12.5.4.1, which is aka 2024.32.10.

I take FSD Supervised downtown Chicago for the ultimate challenge where I witness EPIC results. The software continually amazes and impresses me with its incredible maneuvers. In this video, however, you'll see some unusual turn signal behavior and a missed entrance to Lower Wacker Drive. Overall, there were 2 interventions and 2 disengagements. That's not bad considering this drive was over 1 hour long during a very busy time of day. I'm really excited for the future of FSD. Actually, the future is NOW!

12.5.4.1 the cars spatial awareness is excellent. It has squeezed between cars/curb with right clearance that I would be nervous doing. Have not curbed a wheel except more than a year ago-slight clip.

Excellent review! Thank you. One thing I noticed driving all the recent FSD versions myself, although merging to another lane is extremely challenging for humans, because you have to pay attention to the traffic behind you as well as in front. But for FSD it handles like nothing. I believe because it has eyes that are watching all 360 degrees all the time, whereas humans have to switch back and forth. So there’s inherent advantage for FSD and defiantly safer in those situations.

I love these videos and your comments. I am a Tesla investor with over a thousand shares ($0.25 million). FSD is a big deal to Tesla, let's see what Elon will announce later today. That sun glare shut off FSD should be an easy fix. I consider FSD 12.3.6 released few months ago a turning point, and it is making incremental improvements. Volume of driving experience like this will make it to robotaxi ready.
